Emmett’s goal was to push the Moore Group to the edge of the abyss until Jason couldn’t hold on any

longer and Old Master Moore returned to the country.

It had been eleven years since Old Master Moore left the country in a hurry to retire.

“Hello?”

Emmett. Come to Golden Fountain quicklu. I have already asked Frank to pick you up.”

Alyssa reached out and pressed the light switch. She looked at the door and called Emmett’s name

while walking inside.

“Emmett?”

Emmett lived in a suite. Alyssa did not see him in the hall, so she walked to the bedroom.

She turned on the bedroom light and found that there was no sign of Emmett in the bedroom. Just as

she was about to go out, she heard the sound of water coming from the bathroom.

She walked to the bathroom door and knocked on the door. “Emmett? Are you in there?”

was anyone in there.

bathroom. “Get out!”

It was Emmett’s voice!

But his voice did not sound right.

“Emmett, what’s wrong?” Alyssa knocked on the door. “I’m Alyssa.”
