Lana's schemes. He did not want to put Tia in a difficult position, so he agreed.

"Mr. Riddle!" Tia was somewhat shocked that Stanley agreed to let her stay. She was aware that Stanley did not like

being disturbed when he was working.

She knew that she only got to be here because of Nolan and Lana. If it were someone else, they would most

probably be left standing outside the room.

"Have a seat. It'd be a shame not to enjoy the ice cream," Stanley said as he looked at the kids.

He knew very well what Nolan and Lana were trying to do, and it left him feeling both frustrated and helpless.
